I googled installation problems and it took me to a site that showed an installation error and suggested that I contact them which I did. I also want to report a scam that I damn near fell for when I was attempting to get the program to load. How do I get my computer to recognize the 2019 Home & Student version?
I don't like that idea and I do not want my personal files loaded to the Cloud.
I successfully installed the key and downloaded the program but every time I try to access my files I get a message telling me that I need to renew my Office 365 subscription or that I need to upload my files to the Cloud.
I'm retired and no longer need a subscription to Office 365 so I purchased 2019 Home and Student today from Costco.
